Balayage
Balayage (from the French "to sweep") is a freehand painting technique where lightener is hand-applied to the surface of the hair — heavier at the ends, lighter near the roots. The result is a soft, graduated blonde that mimics how hair naturally lightens in the sun. No hard line at the root, which means it grows out beautifully and requires fewer refresh appointments than foil work.

Foilayage
Foilayage combines balayage's freehand painting with the heat amplification of foils. Lightener is applied the same way as balayage, but the section is wrapped in foil — trapping heat and driving the lightener deeper, achieving significantly more lift than open-air balayage alone.
The result is brighter and more uniform than classic balayage while still maintaining a soft, rooted look. Traditional Highlights
Foil highlights section off individual strands and lift them from root to tip, creating precise, uniform brightness throughout. Unlike balayage which concentrates color on the mid-lengths and ends, traditional highlights start at the root — making them the technique of choice when overall brightness and maximum coverage are the goal.
Babylights — ultra-fine highlight sections that mimic the multi-tonal look of childhood hair — fall in this category. They create the most natural-looking brightness available from foil work and are often layered with balayage for complex, dimensional results.
Lived-In Color
Lived-in color isn't a single technique — it's a design philosophy that combines balayage, babylights, and root melting to create color that looks beautiful as it grows out, with no visible line of demarcation. The goal is hair that appears to simply exist that way, not freshly colored.

Full Lift / Platinum
Full lift services involve lifting the entire base or large portions of it to the lightest levels — platinum, icy blonde, high-contrast bleached looks. Gloss & Toning
