What You’ll Lead
- Daily salon operations across one of our premier locations
- Stylists, FIT Team (First Impressions Team), and support staff
- Aveda retail strategy, merchandising, and performance
- Guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Scheduling, accountability systems, and facility standards
- Partnership with ownership and executive leadership
