Who doesn’t love effortless hair styles? Today, we have a few tips and tricks for creating effortless volume for all hair types. Grab your blow dryer and get ready for “bless your heart” lift!

Fine & Straight Hair

TOOLS | BLOW DRYER WITH NOZZLE, VELCRO ROLLERS

Wash | Start your styling process with a lightweight shampoo and conditioner. We recommend using Rosemary Mint Purifying Shampoo and Weightless Conditioner; this will help to cleanse and condition without adding any excess weight to your hair.

PRO TIP | Concentrate your conditioner on the ends of your hair to avoid weighing down the roots

Prep | To help create grip to your straight fine hair, start with Pure Abundance Style-Prep. Apply if from the roots to the ends to towel dried hair. Pre-dry the hair to about 90%, lifting the roots with your fingers as you go.

Style | Wrap large sections of your hair around large Velcro rollers (be sure to smooth the ends of your hair to avoid any funky crimps). Dry each section on high heat with a blast of cool air to help set the lift. Remove the rollers and separate with your fingers or a Paddle Bush. For addition lift and texture, try adding a puff of Shampure Dry Shampoo or Pure Abundance Hair Potion at the roots. Don’t forget to finish off your hard with a strong hold hairspray; we love Control Force Hair Spray.

Fine & Wavy Hair

TOOLS | BLOWDRYER WITH NOZZLE, VELCRO ROLLERS, SMALL ROUND BRUSH, DUCK BILL CLIPS, PADDLE BRUSH

Wash | To add a little bit of moisture back into your hair, start with Dry Remedy Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower.

Prep | After you towel dry your hair, add a little extra oomph to your roots with Thickening Tonic. Spritz from roots to ends.

Style | Taking your small round brush, begin drying your hair in section that are as wide as the brush. While elevating the hair, wrap each section around the brush and blow dry the sections with the nozzle directed down the hair shaft as you go (this help prevent a frizzy mess). Take you duck clips, rewrap each section and secure at the ends. Let the sections cool and brush through with your fingers or with a Paddle Brush. Finish with a spritz of Air Control Hair Spray to all day hold.

For coarser wavy hair, follow the previous steps but take larger sections

Curly/Coily Hair

TOOLS | BLOWDRYER WITH DIFFUSER

Wash | Be sure to detangle your hair in the shower after using either a curl-enhancing or detangling shampoo and conditioner. Maybe give Be Curly or Brilliant a try.

Prep | Use Be Curly Style-Prep on towel dry hair from roots to ends. To create even louder volume, spray Volumizing Tonic at the roots only.

Style | To create the most volume and curl definition, diffuse your hair dry.

PRO TIP | Let gravity do all the work for you. Tip your head upside down while diffusing.

Once dry, finish off your look with Be Curly Curl Enhancing Hair Spray.
