Healthy Hair Care Routine

We are all in search of that magic fix that will instantly bless us with Blake Lively like locks! In the meantime, do yourself a favor and take care of the hair you were born with. Here are a few tips to help you maintain or work towards healthy, strong hair.

1.  Just a trim


Yes, even if you are trying to grow out your trendy lob, a trim from time to time with benefit you. Regular haircuts ensure you are shedding those dead and damaged ends to reveal strong, healthy hair for years to come. We recommend getting a trim every six to eight weeks and you will be surprised to how your hair will transform with the extra care!

2. It’s what is on the inside that counts

Beauty starts on the inside. If beautiful, healthy hair is the goal, we recommend starting with a healthy diet and staying hydrated. Of course, we are not nutritionist, so we do not have all the answers on what and how much to eat. However, we do recommend a diet full of a healthy variety of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins. Don’t neglect your water bottle throughout the day; be sure to keep hydration up all day long.

3. SPF for your hair

We all use heat tools and that is not going to change anytime soon, so be sure to protect your strands from their scorching temperatures.

4. Conditioning Treatments
